DVD NOT SHOWING

the DVD of my laptop is not showing in my computer and it is not reading any CD/DVD

Since this is a laptop issue, i would recommend contacting the Customer Service for this. It maybe the DVD Writer has gone bad or something internally. So only they could solve your issue. If its under warranty, then you wont be charged anything!

First, delete the upper and lower filters.
