I have this motherboard
PCCHIPS M811LU KT266A Socket A ATX Motherboard / AGP 4X / Audio / 10/100Mbps Ethernet LAN / USB 2.0 / CNR when you turn the computer on the processor fan comes on,but no vid,no keyboard lights,no sound no nothing.I tried a differant vid card,sound card,everything. What could be the problem.

Did you try a different power supply?

the fan on the processor on the board comes on.so the pwer supply is good

capacitors. I guess that they have a rounded top with brownish stuff on them?
