Printing problem issue in network from some application

Hello,
i am Bidhan is anybody ther for mhelp me?i have 8 machine and 3 laserjet printers.2HP and 1 Canon all are connected through LAN. now the problem is that from last one months i am faceing a big problem reguarding printing when i give print command from local area network.plz help me for this.
