I want to get the best bang for my buck, so are there anythings that I can change into to save money or for better performance? I don't mind spending a few extra dollars if there is an improve in performance.

P.S. I will be using a 22" monitor. Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit and I have around 2k budget.

Based on reviews on the products, customer reviews, theirs specs the combo discount and their MIR. In additon 1000W is more PSU than you'll need even if you SLI 285s.

I can't see anything worth changing. All in all your build is great. If you wanted save some money you could go with the CM690 case, but that's about all I can think of. Well maybe the mobo. If your planning on going with SLI then maybe take a look at this mobo down below.

Agreed, I think what you have listed is a very solid build and will treat you very well! You can always add in a second gtx 285 later on when you need it too. Oh and with the monitor you have I doubt that you will even need SLI, unless one day you upgrade to a 1900x1200 resolution monitor.

And +1 to MykC on the combos. That should help you save some money!

Other than that I think it is good to go, so if you are ready to buy go for it! :D
