I recently moved, and my computer was smashed by UPS(good excuse to get a better card than my currently broken 7600GT). A couple of the components were broken. I just fixed it today and found out that the graphics card was gone. What are the best graphics cards under $200? I've never gone with ATI, always NVIDIA. I'm looking to get the best card under $200, so the company doesn't matter much to me. I've looked at the charts on Tom's, but I want to hear everyone else's opinion on the best on.

E6600
some Gigabyte board for $130, recently bought (had a P5B Deluxe before)
2 GB RAM
650w Antec Earthwatts(has more than enough amps on the 12+ for the newer cards, if I'm not wrong)
7600GT(now dead)

I forgot what I'm going to be using it for. I don't play games that often, but when I do I want them to look good. There's no point in getting a cheap graphics card if I can get an exceptional one(especially compared to my 7600GT) for under $200 these days.

Under $200:

If you have SLi:
1. 2x8800GT/9800GT in SLi new
2. 2x9800GTX/GTX+ in SLi used

Crossfire:
1. 2x4830 in Xfire new
2. 2x4850 in Xfire new, used, or newegg rebate

neither Xfire nor SLi:
1. 4870 1GB ~$180-$200
2. GTX260 216 ~$180-$200
3. 4870 512mb ~$140-$160
4. GTX260 192 ~$150-$170
5. 4850 512mb ~$120-$140
6. 9800GTX/GTX+/GTX250 ~$120-$140

Or if you don't play games often, or play old games.
1. 4830 ~$75-$90
2. 8800GT/9800GT ~$90-$100

btw, your Antech Earthwatts is quite good. Here are the detailed specs I believe:
http://www.antec.com/Believe_it/product.php?id=NjY=

+5V 25.0A ±5% 50
+12V1 22.0A ±5% 120
+12V2 22.0A ±5% 120
+12V3 25.0A ±5% 120
-12V 0.5A ±10% 120
+5VSB 2.5A ±5% 50
+3.3V 25.0A ±5% 50

You can easily run any of these cards by themselves or some of them in 2x SLi/Xfire.

I think I'm going to go with a GTX 260 216 core. Any certain cards that are better by the manufacturers?

XFX and Evga are the best in terms of warranty/support/etc
BFG and PNY are also good

Good choice. Definitely the best card for 180$. Evga is great, and step up program should be nice, in case you want a GTX whatever.
