Make An Image of a Flash Disk?

how to make image of flash disk? or, how to make copy 1 to 1 of flash dik to another flash disk.

For the most part you should just be able to open two Explorer windows, one to each flash drive, and drag-drop all the top-level files and directories from one drive to the other.
