Just curious if anyone know why the tx650, tx750 and the hx1000w corsair powersupplies have been officially crossfire certified but the tx850w has not. I recently purchased the 850w psu to power my duel 4870's (the second card was purchased today from newegg so i haven't installed it yet) so I'm wondering if there was a certain reason ATI hasn't certified it.

Thanks

Probably nothing specific, other than that perhaps Corsair hasn't submitted it for official certification. It'd definitely work fine - it could probably power a couple of 4870x2s for quad CFX even.

I have 2 gtx260's in sli and a 850tx and the voltages are perfectly fine. The psu at full load in my i7 system is pushing out 37c air according to an infared thermometer with a 20c ambient.
