HP DC7100 PSUs

I was recently given a HP DC7100 but the case was broken and I thought I might upgrade the whole system, I was looking into graphics cards and most need a large voltage. So how high a voltage can I upgrade my psu? Or can you recommend a graphics card that dose not need a high voltage.
