i have too much problem , my folder option missing and also when i wrote in runbregedit and then ok give me error and let me registry editing has been disable .. what can i do now?

It sounds like your computer is infected, and should run your antivirus scan, as well as some malware scans like malwarebytes, or superantispyware, spybot, etc.
