Word on the EVGA forums is this is pretty worthless. Id check it out but I dont think I have any games that support it.

dont try lost planet lol unles you want to see random black parts on the white snow and in the distance lol.

Far Cry 2 looks amazing now, I have shadows low on my laptop, adn they look smooth and dense like on High:)

Nice feature, actually made far cry 2 look more appealing to me on my laptop, always felt so weird with low shadows:P

try that out too:D

See a minor difference in wow so far. One other thing, is my GTX 285 is actually downclocking now while not in use, it never did with the other set of drivers. 300mhz core, 100mhz memory.

yeah, I haven't tried it on my main yet, but with my laptop, my clocks go from 700mhz to 169 mhz core in idle with these its insane:D

Well when I'm not folding atleast:P.
But I'm almost always folding:D

Main, Laptop and Ps3:D :P

I dont bother with any of that folding stuff. Im not a fan of stressing my hardware, i like to keep it relaxed.

With Ambient Occlusion on UT3 crashes every time i play it lol. Anyone else with this issue?

nope, works fine for me.

Nice additions to the characte rmodels, makes a better over outline. It does stress the system a bit more though, lost a couple of frames.

But it does make it look better... I thought this would do nothing, but for alot of games it did surprisingly.

World in conflict doesn't seem too different to me though.

Tested it with Fallout 3 and WoW last night. Could tell the difference in WoW (toons look sharper), but not really in Fallout 3. Both games didnt suffer any FPS hit for me, WoW sits around 100+ anywhere on max and Fallout 3 never dips below 60 on max.

well thats because ur using a 285 GTX :P :)

Really you didn't notice anything in fallout? The wrecked city is soooo much more detailed for me.

The only game I got reduced frames in was UT3, atleast thats what it looked like. NOthing big, but I saw dips in 20s where I usually didn't.

Also 1 of my friends said that he got around 80 fps instead of 100-120 in fear 2:S lol

I dunno, but I'm happy with this...this should've been included in the drivers since the beginning, hopefully ATI will get something like this soon:D
