I have Asus Mobo M4a78T-E. Why did my PC to Boot to F: and NOT C: as is Normal.? Could Express Gate Cause this? What could?

This is probably the way Windows set up the drive letters. Your only option is to reinstall Windows without any other NTFS partitions before the one you are installing (i.e setup says the partition you are installing to says C: )

If you had another drive or a card reader hooked up this can happen.
