Does anyone know of a pocket pc application that can read flac compressed
audio files? I've googled around but havn't found anything.

You'd probably have to convert them, I don't remember anything which
can play them natively (tho there are .ogg players). Have a look at
this if you run linux :

And this if you want .wma to play on PPC media player :

(requires riverpast audio converter @ $30)
