HDD Utility

I am looking for a HDD testing tool that can test RAID arrays. I use SpinRite at work but it cannot correctly test RAIDs. Any suggestions?
Also, can't seem to find a place with a download for a Q utility disk.

I believe that smartmontools (Linux / Windows) can see individual drives behind certain RAID controllers.
