How to Measure North Bridge Temp?

I have a GM45 chipset that I'd really like to measure the north bridge temp. (Cantiga)

I have RealTemp which will read the CPU temps.. Is there anything for the North Bridge that can read it's internal temp?

Does the internal digital temp diode even exist or is it up to the motherboard maker to hook up a temp diode to a hardware monitor to get the NB temp out?
