HI everybody,

 

CPU Spec: Intel I7 core 920, 2.67GHz
Operation System: Window Vista Home Premium, 64-bit OS
RAM: CORSAIR 3GB GB (3 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 133 Triple Channel
Motherboard: Asus P6T SE Intel X58 Chipset CrossFireX Mainboard Triple-Channel DDR3/1600

 

So okay, I currently have 3GB of RAM (1GB in each slot), if I were to add another 6GB of RAM (3 x 2GB), does my PC recognize a combine total of 9GB or only the new 6GB?

 

Also

 

CORSAIR XMS3 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 for $129, a good price?

It will recognize all of the memory, 9 GB.
