Hi everyone, first time here.
I actually have a question about my system I built.

So its been a little past a year now and my major issue right now is getting my computer to work.

This is what happens

When the tower is vertically standing up, the indicator light on the front does not go off and I get no video feed from both my monitors (running dual monitors).

However, when i set my tower horizontally the indicator light on the front works and the video works. Now this caused me to believe that there is some worth of loose connection.

I took out my graphics card and aired it out and then placed it back in. and the same stuff is still happening.

Does anyone know what could possible be lose?

SPECS:
xfx 680i LT SLI motherboard
nvidia geforce 9800 GTX
quad core 2 Q6600
bfg 650 Watt PSU
6 GBs DDR2 RAM
maxtor 500 gb HD

Thank you for the help

Try breadboarding- assembling your system outside the case and using the basic components required for your pc to work, be sure you place it in an insulated pad to avoid short circuiting. Just maybe, a metal of some kind is touching the wrong place of your board. Check your stand offs and screws but i prefer breadboarding so you can isolate which component/s is/are causing the problem. cheers ^^ goodluck.
