Hi guys...

System Specs to WC:
Cosmos S Case
i7 980X (aim for 4Ghz OC)
Club 3D HD5970
12GB GsKill
500GB WD Blue Edition

For my new WC Setup, I have chosen now the following:

Triple XSPC RX360 Top Mount with 3x Shrouds in Push & Pull (used as outtake)
Double XSPC RX240 Front Bay Mount with 2 Shrouds Push & Pull (used as an intake config so it blows air to the mobo)
Keeping the 200 or 230mm sidefan (used as intake)
1 Case fan at the back for outtake, 1 bay fan for intake at the front

Both rads will be connected in one Loop:
Res -> Pump -> RX240 -> RX360 -> cpu -> gpu

Order list as in the attached, would appreciate if you found anything I have left out (yes the bay brackets will be added too), enough fittings i believe.. :-)

Thanks much for your professional help and advice

wow dude..looks like you going all- out :)
I like the choice of RAd's (it may not be enuf tho,5970 is a hog, specially if you going to OC- overvolt ),why two fan controllers?(one high voltage controller should be fine;

you don't need PT nuke+silver coil(pt nuke or silver coil)
Paxmate-waste of money(MCP 655 is virtually silent),reservoir is little bit small,89 $ for shrouds ?how about one triple and one dual ?how you plan to drain your loop?
Other than that looks good

thanks mate, both fan controller to regulate the 10 fans on the 2 rads.
thanks for the tip will use distilled water and the PT Nuke then.
you think the acoustic mats will not help to minimize noise a bit?
what you mean by how about one triple and one double? I intend to use one triple and one double both using the shrouds...? appreciate you explanation
hmmm, res too small, you think i will loose a lot of water?
drain loop through the reservoir's bottom opening i guess

thanks mate

OK..i own both controllers mention above (kaze master ace is weak) , ended up switching to Lamptron high voltage+4-Fan Wiring Harness and have 8 fans totally hooked up to it using only 3 dials;

MCP655 comes with acoustic mat included
here are some cheaper and better shrouds ;

reservoir (think bubbles + flow rate+head pressure);

you need some type of drain valve;

This are just some suggestions for you that's all

thanks for the info, yes i guess to divert 3 fans on to one channel that will be better.

unfortunately i can only order through Sidewindercomputers.com since i order international and with credit card, the other dont do that so im stuck with them...

the only shroud they have is that type of shroud and i can use them for the triple and double config rads too, bit price but does not matter...

2x $35 fan controllers? How many $100's in fittings?...wow.

You probably wondered why this hard drive cooler is only 14 $ :) (waste of money) this 2x40mm fans make to much noise in my opinion,won't last you very long,you better of getting something like this ,trust me you going to need it ;

Temperature/flow sensors are messing up flow rate (don't know where you plan to install it)but if it's a must for you;

yeah its cool but maybe i add another 5970 so that would be plenty for the moment, however i'm a bit worry about the temps because that card goes very hot, but hey, let go for more performance ;-)

ok, whatever floats your boat i guess (i'm just sick of driver issues) good luck

If it has anything to do with Thermaltake, it's a BAD IDEA.
