Ssd and overall speed?

I currently have a 1tb samsung spinpoint f3 drive as my only drive, I do alot of gaming and video intense stuff, however I also web browse, and I like speed period, I'm thinking of an ssd drive like a 60gb or 120gb or should I do two 60gb in raid zero? and now should I configure the drives for optimum performance?

Don't go RAID unless you are willing to loose TRIM support.

You can get a Vertex 2 120GB for ~$240 on Newegg. I'm assuming that you will be using this as an OS drive. Don't store your vid files here. Use it as temp storage when working. Once done, move it to the F3. Just install only the games that need a long load time on the SSD if you want to.
