Oc gtx460 1gb to = gtx 470?

Hello, i was wondering if i could get my gtx 460 1gb cyclone(factory oced) to gtx470s performance, if so how? Please help. I have been able to oc it to play crysis warhead on enthusiast 1920x1080 but just, average of 29 fps but would like the magic number of 35fps. Please tell me the core/shader speeds. I use msi afterburner. Any responses are appreciated.

Hello, i managed to get 30,079 3D Mark on the gtx260-768mb. u can sure do well, it will help a lot, if you can tell me more about your computer, specially the mobo and cpu cooler! also the ram.

I have the twin frz version of that card and the stock freq is 810 core (auto shader) and 2050 mhz for the memory. According to the box, with these settings the card will out perform a stock gtx470.

You can probably push the core to 850ish and memory to 2050-2100. That should be faster than a gtx470 in most cases. without voltage +

Thanks, i have a gigabyte g31(41 soon) 4 gigs ddr2 800(4 gigs ddr3 1333 soon) and an intel pentium e6500 2.93ghz @ 3.66 ghz(maybe quad core q8300 with an oc soon). I dont know my cpu cooler but with the overclock i have now it runs well at 45 degrees celsius
