I have integrated Realtek HD ALC 662 soundcard. The problem is, I can only use 2 speaker configuration (basically speakers which require just one connector to connect to the sound card). I cant use 4.1/5.1, although my soundcard does support 5.1 configuration.

How do I run more than 2 channel speakers?

I'm a little confused. You should have seperate jacks on the back of your PC: Green is stereo L/R, Pink is Line in, etc. You should just have to plug in the speakers you are using into the proper jacks, and set the speaker config through the Realtek HD manager.

I have 3 jacks.
So my front speaker and subwoofer go into the Green jack
Where do my Rear Speakers go into?

OK I've connected them the way they're suppossed to be connected. I can hear the test sound from all the speakers from the Realtek Control Panel. Although when I play music on the front speakers play, not the rear ones.

You will only get 4.1 if the files in question are encoded for 4.1. 99.9% of everything on the PC is standard stereo, and requires upmixing by either a soundcard or external reciever.
