i recently bought a sapphire 3850 512mb card and then i noticed it doesn't come with a molex to 6 pin adapter power cable.

can i run this card without this cable because i think the motherboard can supply about 75watts to the card and this card only uses about 60watts

No. The 60Watt is its idle power requirements.
