I run Folding @ Home on a Dell Studio Slim with a C2Q Q8300 at stock speed and cooler. When F@H is set to use 50%, Speedfan reports 48-53 degrees C. This is after being Folding for over 2 days straight. Is this a good temp for running F@H? I just want to know if these are good because I want to fold at 100%

Yeah those temps are not out of the ordinary for folding.
