Good after market heatsink that will fit a gigabyte g41m-es2l

i have a g41m-es2l and i dont want to lose one of the two dimms but i do want a reliable after market heatsink to keep the cpu cooler. any and all suggestions and help is appreciated. thank you!

Yep the CoolerMaster HYper 212+ . It is extremely cheap at around $20 and works as well if not better than other models costing twice as much or more.
Look around a bit and you can likely find it cheaper.
