My System Getting Restarted Automatically,I had not yet installed any softwares.Can you please tell me the solution for this.

More info on your setup. Spec's? More about the restart, Details?

Probably's got something to do with your power supply or bad memory, but more details would be welcome.

Most likely, it is a power supply problem. But we need complete system specifications including case and heatsink. And we need more information on the problem.
