[Solved] Outlook Express Problems = Cant delete

I am trying to delete a large file with music and pictures from my outbox under microsoft outlook.
I beleive it is stopping all my other emails from coming in.
Can you please help?

Well an outbox is for outgoing emails, so the only reason it would prevent you from receiving emails is if your hard drive was full and outlook wasn't able to secure any more space for its use.

What problem are you encountering when trying to delete the said email?

What email service are you using? Have you tried logging into your account through a web browser and trying to delete the said email from there?
