http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231226 (pc2-8500 1066 at 2.0v, 5-7-7-20, but will run at 800mhz 1.8v 5-5-5-15, to match) and 2 sticks of http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145201
(ddr2-800 xms2 5-5-5-15 at 1.9v, but will run at 1.8v 5-5-5-15 to match) on a gigabyte ma-770-ud3 with a phenom 2? I know it's not advisable, but can I do it for a while with no repercussions? should i increase northbridge voltage? If so how much? believe 1.2v is default. NB voltage or CPU NB VID? Thanks for your help guys.

why not just buy 2 sticks of 2gb ram and replace.

ram is cheap right now.

in some boards simply running 4 sticks of the same ram might give you problems.

(although this was more common several years ago than now)
