my cpu temp was too high then I keep a copper piece between cpu and heat shink. then my cpu temp is normal. so it is ok or it can any harm to my cpu

it should be OK but your supposed to use a Thermal Interface Material like OCZ freeze, this will give you lower temps.

and what processor are you using and what were/are your temps.

my cpu is amd athlon 3200+ and my temp was 60up idale and 70up playing games now my cpu temp is 35-40 idale and 50-56 playing games
