IBM Think Center A51, 8131-35U will not boot up. Power Supply checks out good. If it is a mother board problem, is it fixable?
Fan runs.
Hard disk is being accessed for a couple seconds.
CD drive works.
no audio - no video

Is your unit out of warranty? If not, I suggest you take full advantage of it.

If not, are you able to reset the CMOS of your desktop? The manual should contain the necessary steps.
