WHat good Full tower cases with max air cooling and airflow...The case should also be very quiet

Re. mobo, go for the P6T or some variation of it.

For case, look at Antec's 902 and 1200 and the coolermaster cases.

In terms of GPU manufacturers, there won't be a lot of difference. Compare bundles (games/software/cables etc.), OCs, warranties, and price.
