Asus G73jh Overclocking, I need help

I havn't updated my BIOS, This would be my first time doing so, and frankly I'm afraid I'll mess something up. Is there an Easy way to OC the my CPU 'I7 q720' on my ASUS G73jh?

is ASUS G73jh laptop ? if laptop don't OC !

laptops can't handle the heat like deaktops can. like henydiah said, do not overclock your laptop. I have the same laptop and it can get pretty warm after WOW for several hours. Although it has the fancy cooling, it will still overheat at stock clocks.
