I'm about to build another PC, but I cancelled my old Newegg account thinking that I had another few years until I built another one. I don't want to create another account until I actually build this new PC.
How much would Newegg shipping cost at the cheapest (and slowest) possible option for these parts?
Gigabyte Motherboard
Antec 900 Case and some small fan
An HDD
It's three day standard UPS (slowest) and it is EXTREMELY cheap. Don't worry about shipping at all. i have never heard anyhtying bad about their shipping

Awesome!
As long as it's under $60 for those parts then it fits well into my budget.
From newegg.ca, I've found their shipping cost reasonable with the exception to cases (heaviest/largest) components. Shipping an Antec 300 is $35 and shipping an CM 690 is $50. So, I get this items locally.
Also, I'm assuming the tax is not included in the price shown? If tax is shown in the price, then I now have an extra $160. But, I have a feeling that they're not.
+1 Cuddles, thats the only way to buy a case online, wait untill it goes free shipping. Cases always ding you $30+ unless you grab them with free shipping.
Raybob, in the shopping cart on newegg you can enter your zip code and it will show you the exact shipping fees and tax (if any).
You will only pay taxes if newegg has any physical part of their business in the state you are shipping the parts to.
For example, when I lived in TN I had to pay taxes on newegg purchases because they have a warehouse in Memphis (I lived in Memphis so parts shipping from that warehouse got to me the next day, but I had to accept that I would pay taxes).
I now live in Texas again, so I no longer pay taxes on newegg purchases, but I have to wait a day or two longer to get my parts.
Anyway, just enter your zip code in the shopping cart (don't even need to have a newegg account for this) and you will see shipping and taxes.

Thanks! Didn't know that. Shipping turned out to be $32.46
I live in NY, so I guess I won't have to pay tax. That brings the cost down from $1,975 to almost $1,800!!!!
Your HDD doesn't have free shipping just like all of them are case and mobo is like 10 dollars each via 3 day. Mobo is like the only thing it is hard to find a quality one that is free shipping. Else i just search for things with free shipping esp heavy and large things like cases and monitors
