Advice or help is MUCH apprechiated

please note that the motherboard brand is highly restricted due to availability issues in Egypt

Nobody can really help you if you don't specify budget. Also, is it mainly for games?

Why don't you check out Tomshardware's graphics card roundups?

In a few months (nobody's sure) new graphics cards will be released. The HD4770 was released using 40nm which uses much less power per performance than any other card. It is expected that a higher performing card from ATI is not too far off. Nobody's sure what's going on with NVidia releasing new cards.

My advice is to wait a couple months.

You have given the specs of a very powerfull gaming system which is far in excess of 1280x1024, either think about getting a big 26-30 inch monitor to use the performance or spend a lot lot lot less and get a mid-range C2D, p45 mobo with hd4870 and game at 1280x1024 on your existing monitor.
