I really want a SSD hdd, but there are so many available and so many reviews to read. Which is the best available ssd right now?

Best can means $600 for a SSD or best for the price around $200.

So what do u want install in the SSD?

For read the best is the Crucial C300
For write the best is the Vertex 2

best for a low price, no more than 230 or 250. yes, my current drive a is WD Caviar Black 500GB 32mb cache. It's a good drive, but would like a SSD.

I know that u say not more that $230 or $ 250 but any one of this is a very good option.

Now I'd go with the Crucial since usually u read more that u write and in that the Crucial is a lot better that the Vertx 2 BUT only if u have a SATA III mobo.

I have a M4A77TD board, I don't think it supports Sata III

Edit: It doesn't support Sata III. I have been looking for a while at Asus and ASrock boards 870 and 890FX chipsets, do any of those support Sata III?

The new AMD chipset 870 and 890 (all series) support SATA III so ASROck with 870 or 890FX support the SATA III SSD or HDD.

Regarding the SSD that is an excellent choice I'd go for it and isn't necessary that u change the mobo u can buy a SATA III card like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16816115072&cm_re=sata_iii_pciE-_-16-115-072-_-Product

Oh, ok. well I have wanted a new board so I will probably get a board and then wait a month or so and buy th SSD.

If u want a new mobo I'd go for something better like ASUS, Gigabyte or MSI.

Yeah, my current board is Asus> I have been looking at Asus or ASrock. ASrock is made by ASUS, so i was taking a peek to look at quality.
