Replacing an SSD with a new one

So I'm currently running Windows 7 on a Patriot PS-100 30 GB SSD and I just purchased an OCZ Vertex 2 60 GB SSD.

Can I just transfer the existing Windows 7 install onto the new SSD? If so, how would I go about doing that.

Or would it be better to completely re-install Windows 7.

I also have a Western Digital 1 TB 64MB Cache HDD as my data/program files/games/documents folders if that makes a difference.

Scratch that, I just did a complete fresh install, a few registry edits to re-enable all the games I had installed on my Data drive, and everything is up and running, and it might just be me, but it does seem a lot more responsive in loading icons and the start menu, and the programs themselves.
