Replacing an SSD with a new one

So I'm currently running Windows 7 on a Patriot PS-100 30 GB SSD and I just purchased an OCZ Vertex 2 60 GB SSD.
Can I just transfer the existing Windows 7 install onto the new SSD? If so, how would I go about doing that.
Or would it be better to completely re-install Windows 7.
I also have a Western Digital 1 TB 64MB Cache HDD as my data/program files/games/documents folders if that makes a difference.
