Asus motherboard

I have an asus motherboard and when I turn on my computer the fans spin really fast and nothing appears on the screen and my graphics card has a red light turned on.

the motherboard beeps- 1 long beep and 3 short beeps

please help

That beep code probably indicates a video card error. Double-check in your manual or the Asus support site.

Yeah I checked the codes but how can I fix the graphics card.
the beep code means Enhanced Graphics Adapter (EGA) so yeah don't have a clue on how to fix it.

thats another $500 to replace it, is there any way I can fix it?

Have it tested or install another video card to be 100% sure that's the cause of the issue. First you could remove and reinstall the video card as it might no longer be fully seated in its slot. What $500 video card do you have? Is it still under warranty?

I have an nividia gtx 295 and I bought the pc online at ibuypower.com and has 1 year parts warranty so they should be able to get me a new one because I haven't overclocked or anything.
