My parents bought a Compaq computer from Wal-Mart a few years ago...against my advice. They had issues where their PC would not start so they were instructed to replace their Bios watch battery on the mobo. They got the PC to start once but the system clock had reset itself (not sure what this means).

Their PC will not start now at all. I believe its the mobo and not the PSU. Any suggestions of a new mobo that would fit in the case? The Compaq is a SR2011WM and the mobo is an ECS RC410-M.
