EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE WHEN I PUT A DISC IN M DVD DRIVE (LITEON HAS12O) I GET THE BLUE SCREEN WITH A 0X000000D1 ( 0X00000230 0X00000007 0X00000000 0XB9F225A9 ) CAN ANYONE HELP. I CAN'T LOAD THE SOFTWARE FOR OUR NEW CAMERA. THAT DISC INPARTICULAR SHUTS IT OFF.

if you can try the disc in another computer. or just download the software for your camera.
if you'll post your os, the brand and model number i'll try to give you a direct link

did a quick search and seems that the drivers for this camera have a big problem, most everyplace has a bunch of people complaining about the same thing, and went to Sanyo's site and can't find your camera, I'd go back to the store and get a refund and get a different camers
