Lexa S XIGMATEK HDT-S1283

Im looking to buy a cpu cooler and want to know if it will fit in my case with MB and yes I will measure it, but just checking if anyone else has the same setup or knows that it will work, I have an Asus Sabertooth MB and a Nzxt Lexa S case. Also any other recommendations are welcome. Im looking at teh xigmatek because of freeshipping its $40 price tag and good customer service and the free compound

It will definitely fit in that case as it fit in my old sunbeam case which was smaller in measurements compared to the NZXT. The HDT-s1283 is a legit CPU cooler as well, it kept my Q6600 @ 3.6 under 60c load temps 24x7...

the case is 196mm in width... taking away around 30mm for mobo and cpu offset that would leave you 165mm... now i noticed that the case comes with a side fan but a little lower; more in the area of the gpu... so shouldn't come in the way of the cpu cooler but just be safe and check it out...

for $40 i would recommend the hyper 212+ anytime of the day... or even a Zalman CNPS10X Performa which are more proven than the Xigmatek (which is a good cooler btw)... and both wouldn't have a problem with the Sabertooth either...
