BIOS FLASH UPDATE AND NOW NO POWER

I TRIED TO UPDATE BIOS IN A GIGABYTE MOTHERBOARD, AFTER DOWNLOAD COMPUTER SHUTDOWN AND NOW I HAVE NO POWER AT ALL .

I don't think that a bad flash can cause the PC not to power up at all. It might not POST, but the PSU should still power up.

What motherboard? How did you perform the BIOS update? From the BIOS utility or from the Windows application?

try to reset the cmos. also take out hte battery for a minute then put it back in.
