Nope only certain series of notebooks from a select few manufacturers with "versions" released with and without graphics cards can be interchangeable weather that be the motherboard or a add on video chipset.....his would not be one of those 
Not to mention the 250$+ to upgrade to the gpu power equivalent to a desktop card priced at 100$ or less....and if your actually running that celeron....mhmmm
