Is your computer a prebuilt one like dell or HP, or did you build it yourself? I believe the 7050 is integrated into the motherboard, and whether or not you can overclock it depends on your motherboard. You can only change the clock speed, not the amount of memory. That is a physical limitation. May I also ask what you hope to accomplish by overclocking it?
You can try using EVGA Precision, or MSI After Burner. I don't think it's worth overclocking an integrated gpu, but you can try.

well my frnd tried overclocking his intergrated gpu 7050 and after 2 months his gpu died! well he fixed it now but required some cash to fix it!
well mainly overclocking ur internal gpu is a bad idea!!!
buy a NEW GPU and then overclock!
