Hey out of these which one would you pick?

I took everything from this search

I am going to get either a Asus or evga p55 mobo. I am not going to manually overclock but i will use the turbo mode. Do you all go for tighter timings or do you prefer one brand over another?

Lower timings are generally more important than having a higher frequency if the speeds aren't too far apart (obviously you can't compare 400MHz versus 1600MHz).

Don't mix RAM types.

Go with the best quality.

I haven't bothered to review these but you can Google for reviews if you wish. There's my general advice.

How much:
For 32-bit systems, 3GB is ideal. For 64-bit Windows Operating Systems 4GB is ideal. Vista has a slightly heaver footprint than Windows 7. My dad has XP and does okay on 1GB but I highly recommend a minimum of 2GB for any system considering the price of RAM.

Very few people can benefit from more than 4GB of RAM. Most modern games use less than 1GB.
