Is this PSU enough to run my rig...

These are the parts i wanna reuse:

2 WD 36G raptors in raid 0 for OS operation
1 320G HD for data
1 Pionner DVD Burner
1 Floppy disk
4 120 MM fans in the case ( Old Antec full server tower with window)

The question is ; Can an Antec NEO HE 500W PSU power all that?
