Cursor Flashing/Disappearing

My cursor is flashing and at times disappearing whenever I am on the Internet. it doesn't do it on the desktop, only on sites like this one and other gaming websites. plz help?

Because there's adobe flash on here and gaming websites and some other websites, that's why it was lagging your cursor. To make this problem happen, your computer must be old, really slow.My pc is actually fast, cpu usage is 1% and i have an intel core 2 duo processesor, gtx 250, and a 19 inch monitor.
