CAN 400 W PSU SUPPORT MID RANGE GRAPHIC CARD

amd athlon x2 7850 black edition
gigabyte main board (GA-MA78GPM-DS2H (rev. 1.x)
ram kingston 2gb 800 mhz
dvd writer sata
seagate sata 1 tb hard drive
400 watt iball psu

i am confused about psu because now i want to buy graphic card (ati radeon hd 4850 512mb) , will my psu handle the load ? or i have to buy a new .
plz suggest good psu with good value for money which can handle the load

A decent quality PSU that will power that card, however I'd personally go with something larger:

Are you somewhere in Asia? Iball's are not something you see in the West. Anyway, if you are, I do not know what brands you have readily available.

That PSU is a very poor choice for modern systems with only 18A available on 12V.
