Wireless N router, wirelss mouse, keyboard, any issues?

I have a refurbed Netgear WNR2000 wireless-N router that I use wired to my home PC and wirelessly solely with an N capable Dell Latitude D830. I use a cordless Logitech V220 mouse that uses RF, though I don't know what frequency.
