FSB question!

Hello,
i would like to know what would happen if i exceed the supported FSB of my motherboard.

i have a MSI P7N SLI PLATINUM its max is 1333 MHz, im currently running it at 1333MHz with my overclocked core 2 duo E7200 @ 3.2GHz

i would like to know what would happen on any other motherboard!

The max FSB on my P5K Premium is 1333Mhz but I am running it at 1680Mhz. To increase your FSB you would need to overclock your processor which always carrys a risk (very small if you know what you are doing)

^ with that in mind, get a leaf blower and then cut a big hole in your case and installl your new custum fan.... lol jk

Check temps- Hw monitor
If temps are fine, you should be fine, and stay within v core recommended range-
