GT120 is rebranded 9500GT or ???? If it is, which 1 will be faster??? GT120 1GB DDR2 or 9500GT 512MB DDR3??? About clock speed I not sure...

Yes the GT120 is rebadged 9500GT...
For you next question, I would get the 9500GT DDR3 over the GT120 1GB DDR2...
Reason : The DDR3 have higher performance than the DDR2 and the 9500GT/GT120 anyways cannot take advantage of the 1GB of RAM...

Because I think for the same price, you can get the ATI 4670 and it will easily outperform the 9500GT...
