How can we install/insert the boot floppy files with low volume on the BIOS so that we can boot just by BIOS and without a floppy, hard or CD.

What is it you want to boot - Windows? You won't be able to fit it onto the flash memory included on a motherboard. Perhaps what you want is to buy a solid state disk to install windows on?
