Guys Iwant to buy a arctic cooler freezer 7 pro for my 865gvm3v lga 775 mobo.

Actually my stock cooler for Intel p4 (prescott socket 775 lga) not working properly I guess....as I opened the heat sink from CPU and done somethng wrong with the thermal pase(It was almost dust may be a bit of it blown away)....and now whenever I try to run photoshop cs3 / illustrator cs2 & even for no reason my PC just keep restarting for 4 - 6 time in a row.

As a result I have to switchoff the UPS for almost 2-5 hrs or even for a day....

that is why i'm going to buy the arctic cooler........

Please suggest I'm doing right?

It sounds like you didn't seat the cooler tight enough. Reseat the cooler after applying a thin layer (bb size in the middle) of thermal paste.

ACF7P is a good budget cooler. But there are things that work better for not too much money more.

And what is that if you suggest, please....I'm in a hurry.

AC Freezer7 Pro is a good choice and easy to use since it has the thermal compound pre-applied on the heatsink.
You'll want to make sure your CPU heat spreader has been cleaned.

CoolerMaster Hyper TX2 is a close competitor of the F7P in the same 92mm fan size cooler group. It's about $20 and free shipping @ NewEgg.

Sunbeam 92mm Core-Contact Freezer CPU Cooler is also a good choice but you'd need to use the rebate to get the lowest price.

Can your case fit the bigger 120MM coolers?

My case is a frontech mini tower type case though it has a extra fan on left side & a similar vent on right....the space inside t is very narrow I will post some pix later.
